Recuperate & Strengthen

The warmth of the water help assist muscles to relax and ease joint pain which in turn, allows gentle exercise. The water supports weight, helping to relieve pain, and enabling you to increase the range of movements in your joints. The water current machine provides resistance. The capacity of the water, as well as the inbuilt current machine provide resistance and improves muscle strength. All exercises can be tailored to suit individual needs.

Experience the therapeutic effects of water & light

Light therapy while floating can inspire many benefits including calming purposes. Soft glows and gentle therapeutic sounds can evoke thoughts of relaxing on a beach, being in your own happy place, or curling up by an open fire on a cosy winter evening.

Prices

Aquatic Exercises (45 mins) = £125 for a 5 week course

Floating Therapy  (40 mins) = £110 for a 5 week course.

These classes are bookable as private one-to-one sessions or, if required, up to a maximum of 4.
